If you look at the universe and study the universe, what you find is that there is no evidence that we need anything other than the laws of physics and the other laws of science to explain everything we see. There's absolutely no evidence that we need any supernatural hand of god. -- Lawrence Krauss, World-Renowned Physicist
There is probably no other notion in any field of science that has been as extensively tested and as thoroughly corroborated as the evolutionary origin of living organisms. -- Encyclopedia Britannica
FAITH. No one word personifies the absolute worst and most wicked properties of religion better than that. Faith is mind-rot. It’s the poison that destroys critical thinking, undermines evidence, and leads people into lives dedicated to absurdity. It’s a parasite regarded as a virtue. -- PZ Myers
Religion is the antithesis of science, an anesthetic for the mind that disables critical thought and encourages the acceptance of inanity as fact, and wishful thinking as evidence. -- PZ Myers

God = Magic = Bullshit.

It's about time to stop calling god "god". A more appropriate name would be "magic" or "bullshit".

Instead of saying "Do you believe in god?" it would be more accurate to say "Do you believe in magic?" or "Do you believe in bullshit?"

If a superstitious idiot says "I believe in god" an appropriate response would be "That's nice. Do you also believe in Leprechauns?" or "I'm sorry. How long have you had this disease?"

Since this is the 21st century and not the Dark Ages, it's about time to treat god believers the way they should be treated, as the insane retards they are. Anyone who still believes in magic, also known as god, is a cowardly uneducated moron who deserves ridicule and contempt.

  1. Brian, I accidently and stupidly deleted your comment, which was especially dumb since it was very nice of you to write it. I was unable to restore it, but I'm going to copy and paste it from my gmail account to here.

    I'm loving this fiery polemic. Hard hitting, brutally honest and without a shred of political correctness! Not to mention humorous. -- Brian
