The Five Guys people take good care of their customers. Excellent fries that you might not want to buy if you're trying lose weight. I suggest to get the most flavor try the double cheeseburgers. To get even more flavor choose your favorite vegetables which are free and you can ask for extra vegetables, all free and extremely fresh and delicious. You decide what you want. There are countless choices.

To save time order on the internet so it's ready when you get there. You can choose the time it will be ready. When you get there you can pay for it. Take it home or eat it there which is always a very happy place. There are free peanuts of course.

There are crayons for your children to draw hamburgers. The art is displayed on a bulletin board. Some of these kids are very talented.

I am a Five Guys fanatic as are thousands of other customers.

I sent this request to Five Guys on 2/9/2017.

This is a problem for all Five Guys locations. It's about the printout the cooks get when I order online. The problem is when I order Extra Grilled Jalapenos and Extra Grilled Green Peppers the printout (and the receipt) does not have the letters "Ex" even though I'm certain I ordered "Extra" for both of these vegetables. Since I order on the internet the cook has no way of realizing I want extra vegetables for these 2 items. I think it's because there is no room for the letters Ex on the printout for these 2 vegetables. The other extra vegetables I order all have the Ex. Could you please figure out how to fix this problem so that there is no misunderstanding of what I ordered? Many thanks.

What I wrote to complain about a computer problem with Five Guys on 12/10/2016.

THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WONDERFUL COOKS AT FIVE GUYS. THE PROBLEM IS YOU PEOPLE HAVE DEFECTIVE COMPUTER SOFTWARE. WHEN I ORDERED ONLINE IT SHOWED EVERYTHING CORRECTLY INCLUDING THE AMOUNT OWED. BUT THE RECEIPT INCLUDED A $5.39 PLUS TAX CHARGE FOR FRENCH FRIES (WHICH I LOVE BUT NEVER EAT AND NEVER ORDER). I NOTICED THE ERROR WHEN I GOT HOME. THE RECEIPT WAS WRONG. I LOOKED AT MY CREDIT CARD WEBSITE. IT SHOWED THE EXTRA CHARGE FOR FRENCH FRIES. I CALLED THE STORE. THE MANAGER SAID SHE WOULD FIX THE PROBLEM AT MY NEXT VISIT (I BUY BURGERS FOR 5 MEALS EVERY 5 DAYS. I EAT FIVE GUYS BURGERS EVERY DAY OF THE YEAR). I WRITING THIS TO MAKE YOU AWARE OF YOUR COMPUTER SOFTWARE PROBLEM. PLEASE FIX IT. ALSO PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME AND PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER MY FAVORITE COOKS BECAUSE THEY HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT.
