Human embryos: Why does our sequence of development mimic the order of our ancestors (fish to amphibian to reptile to mammal)?

Jerry Coyne of the University of Chicago answers his question:

"As one species evolves into another, the descendant inherits the developmental program of its ancestor: that is, all the genes that form ancestral structures."

How would evolution deniers, also known as Bible thumpers and terrorists, also known as uneducated morons, answer this question?

They would ignore the question, or lie about it, or fail to understand it. They certainly wouldn't try to learn anything from it.

There's countless more scientific facts explained in Why Evolution is True (and several other books about biology) that wouldn't make any sense without evolution. Evolution is how the world works. To deny this most important basic fact of science is equivalent to denying all of reality.
