Honeycrisp apples
Honeycrisp apples from Michigan are a wonderful thing.
Sweet as honey with a crisp bite, Honeycrisp apples have become wildly popular in a short time. Honeycrisp apples were developed at the University of Minnesota in the 1960s, but were not introduced to the market until the 1990s. When the endgame begins, the 1st thing you want to do is get the king out to where it can attack the opponent's pawns. The chess player who gets the king out first is much more likely to win the game, even if he or she is a pawn down.
"Once it’s safe for your king to join the action, you should do so immediately. When you have only a few pieces left, then it’s very important that your king should come out to support them and you can do this by moving your king in the direction where he will be useful, and usually that means that he should move towards the center."

How to Use They're, There, and Their
They’re, their, and there are among the most commonly confused homophones. Here, some tricks and examples to help you use them correctly.
What to Know
Their, there, and they're are all pronounced the same way. Their is the possessive pronoun, as in "their car is red"; there is used as an adjective, "he is always there for me," a noun, "get away from there," and, chiefly, an adverb, "stop right there"; they're is a contraction of "they are," as in "they're getting married."
Homophones — words that sound the same but have different meanings and spellings — can be tricky. There are three in particular that commonly confuse people. They're very tricky, in part because of their usefulness, which means that we call on them over and over in our writing here and there.
There's no need to confuse there, they're, and their. While they're not an easy group of words, with practice you can master their distinctions.
"There" Usage
And we'll start there. That one has the word here in it, which is helpful. It can remind us that this particular there is often about location:
There it is.
Put it there.
Stay there.
We'll be there soon.
It's about location in the more abstract sense too:
There you go.
There is where we disagree.
Friends who are always there for you.
It's also the one to use as the first word in sentences that have the subject after the verb:

And it's the one used with the verb be at the beginning of sentences and questions:

Nobody cares.
Yesterday, May 11, 2020, at about 7:00AM I was walking from my bed to my bathroom. A very short walk but there was a problem on the way there.
I had just woke up. It felt like it was very hot so I decided to turn down the heat which was on the way to where I was going. I also felt a bit dizzy. I was not walking in a straight line. When I got to the computer room I lost my balance and there was a terrible crash. I went flying backward into a wall. As I continued to fall I felt lots of pain on the way down. When the disaster ended I was not too happy about it. There was a lot of pain for a long time.
My bones are starting to heal I think. I'm hoping I can continue to walk to the grocery store on Friday. I might have to hire someone to take me there and back home. Fortunately, money is not a problem.
Nobody cares.

The same person who mows my lawn and shovels my snow will be taking me to the grocery store every Thursday at 6:00 PM. And just like everything else, he will email me the bill and I will use what he sends to pay for it with my credit card. Cash is obsolete. The 21st century is a good thing.

ANOTHER UPDATE:
I thought I was never going to able to bring home food from the grocery store using my airplane carry on bag but I was wrong. The injury I had 3 days ago is still a problem but it's much better now. I decided to cancel the car ride to get groceries. I just got back from the grocery store with 4 days of food in my carry on bag and the one mile trip home up and down hills went OK. Almost no pain at all.

The wrong bishop and the wrong rook pawn.
An interesting thing about chess endgames. In the game I just played, I had nothing but my opponent had one bishop and one pawn which is usually enough to win the game, but I was able to get a draw because my opponent's pawn was on a rook file and he had the wrong bishop. He could not force my king to get out of the way.
Long before the game ended I knew I could force a draw.

In chess endgames with a bishop, a pawn that is a rook pawn may be the wrong rook pawn. With a single bishop, the result of a position may depend on whether or not the bishop controls the square on the chessboard on which the pawn would promote. This situation is also known as having the wrong-colored bishop or wrong bishop, i.e. the bishop is on the wrong colored squares in relation to the rook pawn.
