More evidence for evolution -- the differences between Old World monkeys and New World monkeys.

In the millions of years since Africa and South America split apart (to form the Atlantic Ocean which is still expanding) the monkeys on the original continent became separated and of course evolved differently. Differences include their tails, their noses, and their eyesight. Evolution explains why there are different monkey species in Africa and South America.
