My definition of faith: Faith is an excuse for cowardly morons to believe in any ridiculous fantasy that makes them feel good.
Jerry Coyne wrote about faith in his book "Faith Versus Fact":
"Faith may be a gift in religion, but in science it's poison, for faith is no way to find truth."
