Everything you always wanted to know about the Natural History Museum in London. Also, in a 3 minute YouTube video David Attenborough asks "Who do you think you really are and where did you come from?"

Natural History Museum, London - Human evolution - Wanting to understand who we are, where we come from and how we evolved is part of what makes us human. Intriguing fossil and archaeological discoveries combined with innovative techniques and DNA research are transforming scientists' understanding of the origin of our species, Homo sapiens, and the evolution, behaviour and capabilities of our ancient human relatives.

As part of the museum's remit to communicate science education and conservation work, a new multimedia studio will form an important part of Darwin Centre Phase 2. In collaboration with the BBC's Natural History Unit (holder of the largest archive of natural history footage) the Attenborough Studio—named after the broadcaster Sir David Attenborough—provides a multimedia environment for educational events. The studio plans to continue the daily lectures and demonstrations.
