What somebody at the Wall Street Journal wrote about religious stupidity.

Organized religion is and has always been a blight on civilization.

Every human being on this planet is equal in that none is born inherently "better" than any other in a moral sense.

Organized religions divide the peoples of the Earth and encourage violence against non-believers. It all boils down to a children's playground argument over whose "god" is the "true" god and my "god' is better than your god. And for this stupid argument, the world has had to bear thousands of years of needless wars and conflicts.
