This bullshit is in American newspapers all the time, and never once do they point out the obvious: praying is bullshit for superstitious morons.

prayer: the act of communicating with a deity, especially as a petition or in adoration or contrition or thanksgiving.

Praying is the act of talking directly to a magical god fairy who is hiding somewhere in the universe. Do I really have to say how insane and incredibly retarded these idiots are?

The newspapers say nothing about how bloody stupid the whole thing is. They just report the praying as if it's normal behavior and not the idiocy it really is.

This sucking up to batshit crazy scum has got to stop. It's about time for a newspaper editorial that complains about the tards who are constantly praying for some good luck and then if the wish for good luck becomes true, calling it a miracle, as if magic is real.

American newspapers, stop recording this bullshit as normal behavior. Stop pretending a belief in magic isn't childish. Grow up and stop being part of the problem.

Unfortunately in Idiot America a newspaper would probably go out of business if it dared to call insanity "insanity".

  1. Wouldn't it be fun to publish a newspaper that stated the odds of these nimrods surviving and then report on the failure of prayer to achieve the desired results?

It's too bad that what they did is too prosaic. Otherwise, they might qualify for a Darwin Award

  2. Yeah, right. If they survive it'll be a "miracle" provided by the "grace" of their imaginary god; if they don't then it'll be in accordance with their imaginary god's "will."

  4. It's fun to substitute the words "doing nothing" in the place of "prayer." For example, the sentence, "We prayed all morning long yesterday," becomes, "We did nothing all morning long yesterday." After all, that's what those people are actually doing: nothing at all.
