ecclesiology, eschatology, Christology, and soteriology

ecclesiology, eschatology, Christology, and soteriology = FANCY WORDS FOR BULLSHIT.

Ecclesiology (from Greek ἐκκλησίᾱ, ekklēsiā, "congregation, church"; and -λογία, -logia) is the theological study of the Christian church. Specific areas of concern include the church's origin, its relationship to Jesus Christ, its role in salvation, its discipline, its destiny, and its leadership.

Eschatology (About this sound pronunciation ; from the Greek ἔσχατος/ἐσχάτη/ἔσχατον, eschatos/eschatē/eschaton meaning "last" and -logy meaning "the study of", first used in English around 1550[1]) is a part of theology, philosophy, and futurology concerned with what are believed to be the final events in history, or the ultimate destiny of humanity, commonly referred to as the end of the world. The Oxford English Dictionary defines it as "concerned with ‘the four last things: death, judgement, heaven, and hell’".[2]

Christology (from Christ and Greek -λογία, -logia) is the field of study within Christian theology which is primarily concerned with the nature and person of Jesus Christ.[2] Primary considerations include the relationship of Jesus' nature and person with the nature and person of God. As such, Christology is concerned with the details of Jesus' life (what he did) and his teachings (what he said) in order to arrive at a clearer understanding of who he is in his person, and his role in salvation.[3]

Soteriology (Greek σωτηρία sōtēria "salvation" from σωτήρ sōtēr "savior, preserver" + λόγος logos "study" or "word"[1]) is the study of religious doctrines of salvation, which are a feature of various religions. Salvation theory occupies a place of special significance and importance in some religions.

  1. You either know or you don't. If you know, you know what you know. If you don't you cannot tell yourself that you know what you don't know. So do you really know for a fact there is no salvation? ...
I rather believe in God, die and find out He is not there, than Not believe in God and die and find out that He is there....
So is best not to take chances.
