In a 2-1 decision, a panel of the Fourth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond, Va., found that the cross “breaches” the wall of separation between church and state.
Bravo. This cross on government property is a huge advertisement for Christianity. Of course it violates our Establishment Clause and of course it should be removed.
If there's something in our Bill of Rights that Christians don't like they cry like babies. Nobody cares.
