With regard to the scientific principle of evolution, you are better off challenging the theory of gravity or Newtonian Laws of motion.
The theory of gravity was just recently changed with the discovery that verified gravity travels in waves. The theory of evolution has withstood peer reviewed challenges for the last 150+ years.
Newtonian Laws of motion are trumped by relativity with regard to satellites and other high speed moving objects in space. In fact, navigation satellites and your GPS are reliant upon Einstein's equations of relativity (time dilation) otherwise GPS would go off course at a rate of 12' per day.
Evolutionary principle has withstood challenge for the last 150+ years and is a cornerstone of biological sciences, which include but are not limited to microbiology, genetics, and modern medicine.
Yet somehow, to many theists, a talking snake and a creation story derived from Sumerian mythology should be held as the "truth".

"Darwin was the first to use data from nature to convince people that evolution is true, and his idea of natural selection was truly novel. It testifies to his genius that the concept of natural theology, accepted by most educated Westerners before 1859, was vanquished within only a few years by a single five-hundred-page book.
