I'm too lazy to get a job. Fortunately I have some dividend income and a nice monthly check from the government so I don't have to work, thank goodness.

These days I have a lot of time on my hands so I waste time writing posts in my blog which nobody reads, I ask questions and answer dumb questions at "Yahoo Answers Religion & Spiritually", and I play chess at https://lichess.org/.

The chess thing is a wonderful waste of time. Every game is like a war movie. I never wait more than 5 seconds for an opponent and they live in almost every country on the planet. Many years ago I never imagined it would be possible to play chess with people on the other side of the world from my living room. I also never imagined I could get computer analysis of my games (totally free at lichess.org). Studying the analysis is great way to improve my skills. I can select any time control I want. I usually choose the time control that gives each player 10 minutes to finish the game. If someone runs of time they lose the game. I usually have enough time to checkmate or get checkmated. I prefer to win but my opponents are constantly trying to kill me. To keep track of my progress or lack of progress I have a rating which goes up or down after every game.

The science thing is interesting, the religious fear of science is interesting, and I spend a lot of time writing about it, but chess is what like the most.

When human apes drop dead they are worm food. Period. That's it. There is no magical soul that magically flies to a magical paradise where cowards can have a magical 2nd life. That's being childish. It requires throwing out reality but reality can't be thrown out. The ridiculous magical-2nd-life fantasy is nothing more than the wishful thinking of feeble-minded cowards.
