I asked this question: Why are Christians unable to face the reality of life and the finality of death?

My question made cowardly bible thumpers cry.

These answers were written by normal people, aka atheists:

"Religion forms a nice fluffy psychological barrier to any existential thought. In practical terms it won't help though. Death means death."

"They are weak, and the phony lure of 'eternal life' is too much for them. So, in their desperation to live forever, they throw reason out the window and submit themselves totally to the Con Job. And of course, once they are dead, they can never find out how wrong they were."
