According to the most recent Gallup Poll about Idiot America and evolution:
38% of Americans say their Magic Man magically created human apes out of nothing.
Another 38% of Americans say humans evolved but the Magic Man was one of the mechanisms of evolution.
Only 19% of Americans agree with the biologists, human apes evolved from ancient apes and the Magic Man had nothing to do with it.
5% of Americans said "Duh, what is evolution".
The Christians who pretend they accept evolution always stick their Magic Jeebus Man into it. They can't accept evolution as a completely natural process. It's always "god invented or guided or used evolution". That's ridiculous. Their god fairy's magical powers were never required for anything.
The religious implications are obvious. Charles Darwin killed the god fairy fantasy.
