The United States had two presidents with the name "Bush". This post is about the 1st Bush who was president from January 20, 1989 to January 20, 1993.
His wife died recently. He is 93 years old and he has numerous health problems. Not to worry, the best doctors in the world are keeping him alive.
This article is about the Idiot Americans of Idiot America who can't get thru the day without saying "I will pray for you" which means "I will talk to myself about you".

This is what I wrote at the Wall Street Journal:
George H.W. Bush did some things right. For example he knew how to win a war and then get out, instead of letting go on forever.
His "Read my lips, I will not raise taxes" thing was a good idea until he threw it out. This was one of the reasons Clinton got the job in 1993.
Some of the other comments include the usual boring "pray for you" nonsense. Do these people pray for the two people who drop dead every second? Do they pray for the countless thousands of people who are starving to death? No, they would rather pray for someone who has the best doctors in the world, all for free.
Empty words: words that are not sincere, or have no effect.
