Somewhere else I wrote about the religious implications of evolution. Here it is:
"Humans are apes"
Well done! Some people, even if they accept the established truth of evolution, don't realize humans are one of the Great Ape species. People are apes. This is the strongest fact of science.
"Evolution is not an arguement against God's Existance."
Of course that's true. Science, including evolutionary biology, says nothing about the existence or non-existence of magic god fairies.
However there are religious implications. If evolution is true (it has more evidence than any other scientific fact) then the magic fairy lost its most important job, the magical creation of species.
Also if the god fairy's magic wand was not necessary for something as complex as the development of new species then it's fair to say the fairy was not required for anything else. A god fairy with nothing to do is a fairy that doesn't exist.

"Darwin was the first to use data from nature to convince people that evolution is true, and his idea of natural selection was truly novel. It testifies to his genius that the concept of natural theology, accepted by most educated Westerners before 1859, was vanquished within only a few years by a single five-hundred-page book. On the Origin of Species turned the mysteries of life's diversity from mythology into genuine science." -- Jerry Coyne
