How do I know which religion is right?

I was raised Christian, but I still have my doubts. There's so many religions and so many people swear by one or the other. A lot of times when I pray, I never feel God's presence or he never answers my prayers. If anyone can help me understand which one is right it'd be greatly appreciated. If you are atheist, please don't be rude about it.
