Why are Catholic priests not allowed to be married?

Catholic priests not allowed to be married. This is very strange and not a good idea because of the disgusting sexual child abuse the Catholic Church is famous for.

Why can't they get married? What's the problem?

According to a book I'm reading, "The Dark Side of Christian History" by Helen Ellerbe, "In the twelfth century the Church forbade clergy to marry in order to prevent property from passing out of the Church to the families of Clergy."

The Catholic Church is a business. The customers are suckers.

Why are there only male priests and zero female priests?

The Catholic Church is a sexist pig organization. From priest to pope they are all males, and most of them are perverts.

Imagine the stupidity required to be a Catholic these days.
