I just bought a new screen from Apple which arrived yesterday and I also bought a new mac mini which will arrive tomorrow morning. I would like to put the new mac mini in the next room from where the screen is. I have everything I need except for the two extension cords I need for from the screen to the mac mini in the next room. What should I buy?

Okay. You will just need an Apple Thunderbolt Cable, but since you are trying to separate the two I do not see a Thunderbolt cable that would be long enough to accommodate your needs.
What is the solution?
I noticed there are 2 things from the screen that I need to connect to the mac mini.
One of the cords is the power cords that goes into the outlet and the other is the Thunderbolt cable which you would connect to your Mac mini.
Through the Apple Online store, the longest thunderbolt cable we have is 2 meters. Do you know how long of an extension you need?
I already plugged the screen in to the outlet but still there are two cords that need to be connected to the mac mini from the screen
at least 20 feet if possible
25 feet would work for sure
2 meters is how many feet?
You just need the Thunderbolt cable to connect both the Display and the Mac Mini together.

It is roughly 6.5 feet long. We do not have another longer.
What was the reason you needed to separate the two devices?
I like to have complete silence where I sit by the screen
I'm sure the new mac mini is quiet but I prefer total quiet
Would it help to buy more than one thunderbolt cable?
I apologize for that, but the Thunderbolt cable is required to connect those devices.

I just bought a new mac mini computer and a new 27 inch apple thunderbolt display. So I can have total quiet (no computer noise) I would like the thunderbolt display and the mac mini computer to be in separate rooms. Is there an extension cord I can use between the display and the computer that is at least 30 feet long? Your 3m Thunderbolt Cable M/M is about 10 feet. I need 20 more feet.
