I hate to hear that you were disconnected, that is never our intention. I am not showing any previous case notes just yet. What exactly seems to be going on?
I see, thanks. We certainly want to be sure you are able to sue your Mac without prompts for passwords multiple times. The Keychain is a built in utility for helping you to save passwords and login information for the applications you use, so the local Keychain must be used. Not to worry, we just need to reset that default Keychain now, and you will be good to go.
Go to Finder > Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access.
Once that is open, click on “Keychain Access” in the upper left, next to the , then choose Preferences.
Once that is open, under the General tab, click on “Reset Default Keychain”.
You are in Keychain Access Preferences?
Great! Now, you will be asked for the passwords used for Mail, Messages, FaceTime, etc just one more time now, and you will be good to go from that point.
Yes
OK
You have already done that.
Just close that window now.
Great! You are good to go now. What else can I help with today?
Correct.
You are very welcome! Thank you for chatting with me today! The chat transcript will be emailed to you once the chat session ends. Have a great rest of your day!
