One of the best blogs about evolution (thousands of times better than this place) is owned by Larry Moran who is a professor in the Department of Biochemistry at the University of Toronto.
At Evolution Is a Fact and a Theory he wrote about the problem Christian morons have understanding what a scientific theory is. And he quotes several scientists about this subject. When I recommend stuff like this that means you have to read it.
