How does God win in the end?

Even according to the fairy tale, very few souls, and that includes from the very large amount of souls who truly believe, go to Heaven. Satan wins far more souls.

So how does God win, exactly?

What does the end days do to change anything, besides signal the end of the game?

It's often depicted as a godless time, but how is that any different than any other time? All gods exist exactly the same, as if they don't exist, so how is a specific godless era any different?

Or do they mean it will be a religiousless time? But what does that matter when religion doesn't instill good morals, only obedience to a set of rules that often promote immoral hatred and bigotry toward others for no good reason? Religious people with good morals would be good people with or without religion, they are not good *because of* it.

I'm digressing. So how does God win in the end? How is it considered a win, exactly?

Update: The X-Men aren't real either, but we can understand clearly how they win in their fictional stories.

I'm not seeing how we can consider it a win for the God character in that fictional story.
