The Constitution of United States of America and our Bill of Rights

The Constitution of United States has 27 amendments.

Bill of Rights: the first ten amendments to the US Constitution, ratified in 1791 and guaranteeing such rights as the freedoms of speech, assembly, and worship.

The 1st 10 amendments are called our Bill of Rights. These rights are sacred. The chance of any of these rights being thrown out is somewhere between zero and below zero. A political party could try to change one of these Bill of Rights but they would never get away with it.

The 2nd amendment is controversial but still very sacred. This is it:

"A well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

And this is why a deranged lunatic could walk into a school and murder dozens of students and teachers, not to mention everyone else.

Is there a solution to this problem? There are some ideas like not letting insane people own weapons. We will see what happens. I'm betting on nothing happens.
