The problem with a "Gospel" that excludes miracles is that it is worthless. As St. Paul pointed out: "If there is no resurrection of the dead, then Christ has not been raised. And if Christ has not been raised, then your faith is useless and you are still under condemnation for your sins."
This logic extends to all of the precious inheritances of God. Mercy, grace, forgiveness, love, etc. are utterly without foundation without God and his unconditional love expressed through Christ. They are all miracles. They all exist outside of our naturalistic impulses. We reject miracles only in our futile attempts to pretend that we are in control. Billy knew this and worked unceasingly to connect us to the true source of all good things.

At the Wall Street Journal I could write a comment to explain why this batshit crazy moron is wrong but it would be pointless. The brain damage can't be fixed.
This is what I would write:
"If there is no resurrection of the dead, then Christ has not been raised. And if Christ has not been raised, then your faith is useless and you are still under condemnation for your sins."
Your dead decomposing Magic Jeebus Man was not magically resurrected because that's fucking impossible.
Does that mean you're are still under condemnation for your sins?
No. There is no magic god fairy who will condemn you after you drop dead. Magic is not real FFS.
I suggest you grow up and stop acting like a deranged lunatic.
"Darwin was the first to use data from nature to convince people that evolution is true, and his idea of natural selection was truly novel. It testifies to his genius that the concept of natural theology, accepted by most educated Westerners before 1859, was vanquished within only a few years by a single five-hundred-page book. On the Origin of Species turned the mysteries of life's diversity from mythology into genuine science." -- Jerry Coyne

Some more Billy Graham bullshit. This comment is typical. Christians are insane.
