I noticed some Christians constantly write bible quotes. Their bible knowledge is vast. They have devoted their life to it.
That's fine with me. Everyone has to have a hobby. A possible problem: Studying the bible can make people stupid. It could make them want to throw out science and replace science with magic.
Maybe they like to be stupid. Maybe they think their Magic Man wants them to be stupid. Their preachers are not complaining. Their jobs completely depend on the stupidity of their customers.
Here in Idiot America where I live the stupidity problem is out of control and it's getting worse.
Competent science education, preferably starting at a very young age, could fix the problem.
Unfortunately in Idiot America students either go to religious schools or they go to public schools that are infested with biology teachers who know nothing about biology. Some of our biology teachers are biology deniers. They prefer the magical creation of species instead of the science they should be teaching. They get away with this breathtaking incompetence because nobody complains.
Christian assholes only complain when the biology teacher actually understands biology. They make evolution part of every lesson. The harassment they have to endure is ridiculous but that's the way it is in Idiot America.
