While waiting for the universe to kill me (On Sunday September 10, 2017 Hurricane Irma will destroy south Florida where I live) I'm going to write a post even though the number of visitors this blog gets every day is a bit below zero.
Why was this blog created in December 2010?
I'm very interested in evolution, how it works, and the overwhelming evidence for it. I'm also interested in Charles Darwin who figured out the most important mechanism of evolution, natural selection.
I noticed in the country I live in (Idiot America) almost half the population wants to throw out this important branch of science and replace it with supernatural magic (The Magic Man Did It). Most of the other half of America's idiots think a magic god fairy's magical powers is a mechanism of evolution. This breathtaking stupidity is also very interesting.
I have extreme contempt for theists and agnostics. They're both insane, extremely dense, and they are equal to flat-earthers.
For example this was written by an airhead who lives in one of the places where Irma is going to destroy everything: “We are preparing for the worst and praying for the best.”
Apparently Idiot America's idiots think their magical master of the entire vast universe listens to human apes who talk to themselves.
A quote from Carl Sagan: "Who are we? We find that we live on an insignificant planet of a humdrum star lost in a galaxy tucked away in some forgotten corner of a universe in which there are far more galaxies than people."
Also interesting is the child abuse called religious indoctrination. There are other problems including the Christian war against science education, Muslim scum blowing themselves up every day, and of course the breathtaking stupidity of the theists who think there's a Magic Man and the equally stupid agnostics who think a Magic Man is possible.
Obviously there is a lot to write about and that's why this blog has more than 3,000 posts.
"Darwin was the first to use data from nature to convince people that evolution is true, and his idea of natural selection was truly novel. It testifies to his genius that the concept of natural theology, accepted by most educated Westerners before 1859, was vanquished within only a few years by a single five-hundred-page book. On the Origin of Species turned the mysteries of life's diversity from mythology into genuine science." -- Jerry Coyne
