At https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=re4zVcRgTz0 I wrote this comment about Ken Miller.
Mr. Miller is brilliant, extremely knowledgeable about biology, but he is god-soaked. Why? Why would this brilliant person believe in a magical being? Where does he hide it? For what reason does he think the magic fairy is real?
He's a Catholic aka Christian. He is required to believe in the magical resurrection of a 3 day old decomposing corpse, a fantasy that requires throwing out biology and all of reality. It just doesn't make sense that this scientist would throw out science to believe in bullshit.
"Darwin was the first to use data from nature to convince people that evolution is true, and his idea of natural selection was truly novel. It testifies to his genius that the concept of natural theology, accepted by most educated Westerners before 1859, was vanquished within only a few years by a single five-hundred-page book. On the Origin of Species turned the mysteries of life's diversity from mythology into genuine science." -- Jerry Coyne

Ken Miller, brilliant defender of science education, believes in a magic being, a fantasy equal to the Easter Bunny.
