I believe I was blessed to be raised in a good Christian home. We went to church all the time. So I was taught the truth about God even before I could walk. Plus, I saw evidence of God everyday. We are surrounded by the wonders of God's creation. Everything that God created from the tiniest things to the biggest things all have God's fingerprints all over them. You can look at a tiny bug with a magnifying glass, and see the intricate design. This design is evidence of a designer, or creator.
In summary, God revealed himself to me just like he does to everyone.
And then at some point later, God gave me the POWER to accept Jesus as my Savior.
No one can be "saved" unless God gives him the power to believe.
"But to all who received him, who believed in his name, he gave power to become children of God." (John 1:12)
