Thank you for contacting Broward County Transit. I apologize for the issue that you have encountered with loud music playing while on our bus. Our operators have been instructed to explain the policy to our riders when necessary concerning this issue. There may be times when the passenger may have to bring to the attention of the operator this issue as he/she may not always hear what is transpiring in the rear of the bus. But once it is brought to their attention the operator should follow the appropriate steps in enforcing this policy. If the operator fails to address the issue with the passenger then you can notify customer service and file a complaint and this issue will be addressed with the operator. Should you have a complaint concerning any other issues please contact us with the time, date, location, route, bus# and direction so that we can address this issue with the appropriate staff or call our customer service center at 954-357-8400 with the previously mentioned information.
