Richard Feynman and Steven Weinberg

An idiot wrote "convert religious people to atheism"

Throwing out the magical god fantasy is not converting to something. It's called "Growing up, educating yourself, facing facts, and accepting reality."

If everyone was a normal person the word "atheist" would not be necessary because nobody would be infected with theism. Theism is just a disease, a mental illness. Unfortunately for many people there is no cure.

Why are some people able to recover from the theism disease? It's because they still have two things the brainwashers tried to destroy. They have curiosity and the ability to think.

What's the greatest threat to theism? Science education, especially if the science teacher is competent. The more people understand science the more likely they will realize a magical being's magical powers were never necessary for anything.

The brainwashers understand this threat and this is why religious people are constantly trying to dumb down science education. For example the Islamic State terrorists did not allow science education in the cities they controlled, and in America there is a never ending Christian war against the teaching of evolution.

Steven Weinberg, Nobel Laureate in Physics, said about Muslims who wanted to prevent the teaching of science in universities, "They felt that science would be corrosive to religious beliefs and they were worried about it. Dammit I think they were right. It is corrosive to religious belief. And it's a good thing too."

RICHARD FEYNMAN EXPLAINS HOW TO CURE THE GOD DISEASE.

"Start out understanding religion by saying everything is possibly wrong. Let us see. As soon as you do that you start sliding down an edge which is hard to recover from. But once you start doubting which I think to me is a very fundamental part of my soul, is to doubt and to ask, and when you doubt and ask it gets a little harder to believe."
