"Darwin was the first to use data from nature to convince people that evolution is true, and his idea of natural selection was truly novel. It testifies to his genius that the concept of natural theology, accepted by most educated Westerners before 1859, was vanquished within only a few years by a single five-hundred-page book. On the Origin of Species turned the mysteries of life's diversity from mythology into genuine science." -- Jerry Coyne

Ben Carson is on Trump's cabinet. Carson is an evolution denier. He prefers magical creationism as does most of the rest of Trump's cabinet. Carson now has the coronavirus thing. The stupid, it burns.

Here in Idiot America we have liberal fucktards who like to call everyone they don't like a racist.
“We have purveyors of hatred who take every single incident between people of two races and try to make a race war out of it, and drive wedges into people. This does not need to be done.”

Donald Trump, a total retard, wants to be President of the United States. To get there he has been calling the voters who like Ben Carson "stupid". Somebody with the name Christopher Ryan wrote a comment at the WSJ about Trump's supporters.
How stupid are Iowans?...................probably not nearly as stupid as those illiterate low class imbeciles that show up at the Trump rallies with that crazed look in their eyes, spewing their hate and twisted logic. You know the ones, dressed up in sparkly Americana t-shirts and caps. Waiting to kiss the ring of the Whack Job-in-chief Donald Trump. What a sorry episode this is for the United States. A once great nation in serious decline.

What I wrote on November 11, 2015 about Ben Carson at the Wall Street Journal.
This debate will probably not change the polls that show Trump & Carson in 1st & 2nd place, but it seems obvious to me Trump can't win it. According to a recent WSJ video the favorable rating for Carson is 82% and his unfavorable rating is only 6%. Trump's favorable rating is 63% with unfavorable at 30%. Those statistics puts Carson way ahead of Trump. Also, the polls about Carson-Clinton continue to have Carson winning more than any other Republican candidate (see RealClear Politics).
Some of the other candidates might improve a little bit but I don't see them catching up to Carson.
The childish lying and nitpicking about what Carson did a half century ago has backfired. It just made Carson more popular. He has been getting 10,000 donations every day. The cash is pouring in. This country wants a President Carson.

An older and very wise person wrote about Ben Carson.
Carson is now leading in SC as well as Iowa and several recent national polls. He is leading by a large margin as first and second choice. He does better against Clinton that any other Republican candidate.
He has stood up to scrutiny, contrary to your assertion. But "scrutiny" is hardly the right word. It has been a malicious attempt at character assassination. I'm referring to the hit piece in Politico last Friday and the coordinated piling on by the rest of the media. None of the allegations are true, not even close. We have a few of the media elites wanting to edit "Gifted Hands" which he wrote more than 20 years ago about events which occurred as much as a half century ago.

At the Wall Street Journal a comment I wrote. The article was about the childish nitpicking about Ben Carson from desperate liberal loons.
This comment is not about the childish nitpicking about what happened a half century ago. This comment is about why I'm voting for Ben Carson (aka the next President of the United States).
I agree with Carson's idea about government spending, taxes, foreign policy, and allowing exports of oil & natural gas. Please see this 15 minute interview (which you may have already seen because I provided this link a few times before):
I also like what Carson said about skin color which is the way it should be in my opinion.
"The skin doesn't matter to me. I really don't think those superficial characteristics have a place in society today."
"If somebody has a problem with the way that I look, more power to them. Let them sit and stew in it. I just got so many more important things to do than to deal with that."

What I wrote at the Wall Street Journal about the stupidity of the liberals at the New York Times.
From an editorial at the New York Times where a liberal is criticizing Ben Carson for ridiculous reasons: “These young folks need to know that the way to escape their often dismal situations is contained within themselves.”
The NYT's article actually complained about this quote from Mr. Carson, as if good advice is a bad thing, while food stamps, welfare, and never ending poverty is a good thing. Most of the comments complained about the same quote, and a few other trivial things. Apparently they can't stand the idea that an African American can be a conservative.
This is another good reason to nominate Carson. If he becomes president (the polls show Carson could easily defeat Clinton) then 8 years later, with charter schools to replace inferior public schools, and jobs being created instead of being destroyed, the black population will realize the liberals are the enemy and they will never vote for a democrat again.

Ben Carson will be the next president of the United States.
A comment I wrote at the New York Times. Out of 790 comments there were 11 "NYT Picks". What I wrote was one of those 11 comments.
I have a very low opinion of Mr. Carson's denial of evolution which is my favorite branch of science. Despite this strange problem he has, I am for him 100%. I agree with his ideas about foreign policy, government spending, taxes, and allowing America to export oil and natural gas, especially to countries who depend on Russia for these things. His soft voice and his inability to insult anyone is exactly what this country needs to get the 2 political parties to work together to solve problems instead of constantly being at war with each other. This may surprise fans of Ms. Clinton but several polls show Ben Carson would be able to defeat her.

Ben Carson, candidate for the 2016 Republican nomination for USA president, is an evolution denier, aka fucking idiot. I'm voting for him anyway. I wrote this comment about him at the Wall Street Journal.
The Republicans have to defeat Ms. Clinton. Nothing else matters. That means Republican voters need to look at the polls to see which candidate has the best chance of winning the election and then voting for that candidate. Polls will change but right now that Republican is Ben Carson who has my vote.
There is another reason to vote for Mr. Carson. He is fantastic. I was totally impressed by everything he said at a CNN interview, 15 minutes, and I recommend everyone watch it. What surprised me was his knowledge of foreign policy, and his ideas about government spending and the income tax. Ben Carson is what I call a Real Republican.

One more thing: Unlike for example Mr. Trump he does not insult people. I don't think he could do that even if he wanted to.

Atheist since 1967, anti-theist since 9/11/2001. I have extreme contempt for bible thumpers, Muslim scum, deists, and agnostics.
However I am a Republican, fiscal conservative, very conservative, I could never vote for a liberal extremist like Ms. Clinton. A problem (and it's a terrible disgusting problem) is virtually all Republican politicians are science deniers, aka idiots. Since I want to vote for a conservative I have to vote for my favorite idiot.
I was not going to vote for Ben Carson until I listened to a 15 minute interview (see video I provided, I bet nobody here watched it). More research showed that Carson could easily defeat Clinton. I was impressed by what Carson said, and even more impressed he could win the election. So I'm voting for him despite his god disease.
If he wins this would be two black presidents in a row. The difference is unlike Obama who would rather suck up to incompetent teachers than do anything about terrible schools in black neighborhoods, and unlike Obama who goes out of his way to destroy jobs, Mr. Carson would actually be a good thing for African Americans. His economic policy would create jobs, not destroy jobs, and like virtually all conservatives, he would not tolerate the teacher's unions who only care about themselves instead of the students.
Carson is not perfect but he is the best Republican candidate for many reasons, and many times better than what the Democratic Party offers. Look at the polls. He will defeat Ms. Clinton.

You all seem to believe that "experience" and leadership only comes from your blessed Taj Mahal on the Potomac. Sorry, there hasn't been leadership in that town in many years, and just being there does not confer some kind of magic quality that guaranty's even a mediocre outcome. We've already gotten several mediocre outcomes, how about an actual person with comviction and passion and courage take the helm for once?
So he doesn't think Muslims should lead the US because of inherent conflict with their faith, have any of you read the Quran? Is there pendency in a democratic society for that? Has anyone asked how or if his religion has ever entered his professional life? This is a man who has risked lives while in surgery, I think he is supremely qualified to judge whether additional lives should be sent overseas chasing God knows what.
You folks claiming anyone who does not March with you is extremist has become predictable and laughable. You've blown your credibility.
