"Why do people think believing in science & evolution means you can't believe in God?"
Evolution by natural selection is how the world works. The Magic Man had absolutely nothing to do with it.
If the Magic Man was not required for something as complex as the development of new species, then it's ridiculous to pretend its magical powers were necessary for anything else.
My point is after Charles Darwin published On the Origin of Species in 1859 it became impossible for intelligent people to believe in the childish Magic Man fantasy.
