I wrote a comment for a god-soaked airhead. Like most airheads, she refuses to admit her Magic Man is not a magical being.

I will explain. Your Mr. God, when it creates something out of nothing, for example a universe, solar systems, life, or causes miracles (for example the resurrection of a decomposing corpse), it is performing magic tricks, the same as Harry Potter except Mr. God has a much more powerful magic wand.

A belief in magic is childish which explains why Christians would rather call Mr. God's magical powers something else, but no matter what people call it, it's still magic.

Another interesting thing about Mr. God is it's not necessary. Scientists know how the universe began, they know how solar systems form, they know how life began and how new species develop. They might not yet know all the millions of details, but what they do know is enough to say your Mr. God was never necessary for anything. Also, invoking a god to solve scientific problems is just plain wrong. It's giving up scientific research and saying god did it. That's for lazy people who don't want to think. And since Mr. God was never necessary for anything it's fair to say it doesn't exist.

And that bible thing, it was written by uneducated people, and most certainly they were not inspired by the magical master of the entire universe. You might want to throw out reality so you can believe your religious fantasies, but reality is not going away. We are stuck with reality whether we like it or not. So there is no magical life after death, no magical resurrection, no magical miracles. For me reality is a wonderful thing because it's interesting and because it's real.

One more thing. Reality is not a point of view. Reality is not an opinion.

You are so nice and I appreciate it but you're wrong about everything, and I can't respect ideas that don't belong in the 21st century. And most certainly I can't respect any religion because religions are good for nothing but the brainwashing of children, violence, and slowing down human progress. We don't need religious insanity in the 21st century.
