"Atheists: Why do you assume straight way that God had nothing to do with the origin of life? Why do you only search for natural explanations?"
You could replace the word "atheists" with "scientists". Virtually all scientists are atheists but that has nothing to do with scientific research. Scientists try to find out what really happened, and of course they are certain it was a natural process. How do they know this? It's because supernatural magic is not real.
This is a very important concept the god-soaked need to understand. Magic is not real. This is a basic fact of reality.
One more time to help dense people understand: Magic is not real.
One more thing:
"God" is just another word for "Magic". When uneducated morons invoke "God" to solve some scientific problem, what they're really doing is invoking "Magic".
And this is a denial of one of the most basic facts of reality: MAGIC IS NOT REAL.
I strongly recommend you and everyone else read this stuff by Neil deGrasse Tyson:

"Darwin was the first to use data from nature to convince people that evolution is true, and his idea of natural selection was truly novel. It testifies to his genius that the concept of natural theology, accepted by most educated Westerners before 1859, was vanquished within only a few years by a single five-hundred-page book. On the Origin of Species turned the mysteries of life's diversity from mythology into genuine science." -- Jerry Coyne
