Why does religion always contradict science?

It is because western science has an anti-Islamic agenda to discredit the teachings of our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). For example; western science claims the earth is a sphere that orbits around the sun. However, we know this teaching is false because the Noble Qur'an and Sunnah are perfectly clear the earth is flat, spread out like a carpet, and the sun ascends to the Throne of Allah before descending into a murky lake of water.

I agree with what Kin has said, if you wish to learn science properly, you should study at an Islamic university in Saudi Arabia because western science is Islamophobic and hateful towards Islamic doctrine. I only believe what the Qur'an says about creation, I do not care what Richard Dawkins or Bill Nye have to say.

"Darwin was the first to use data from nature to convince people that evolution is true, and his idea of natural selection was truly novel. It testifies to his genius that the concept of natural theology, accepted by most educated Westerners before 1859, was vanquished within only a few years by a single five-hundred-page book. On the Origin of Species turned the mysteries of life's diversity from mythology into genuine science." -- Jerry Coyne
