Question sent to chess.com 1/18/2015. "Your reply has been sent to Blackenne."

Several days ago I asked you will this ban be a lifetime sentence or a few years. My question was completely ignored. OK, you don't like me. I get it. But since I'm a senior citizen maybe you guys could be nice and respond this time. I'll make you a deal. If I can comment again (some time in the distant future) and if I'm not extremely nice, then feel free to delete my entire account. Just one mistake and you can throw me out the window.
I'm not really that interested in writing comments, but for example I might have a question to ask about a chess game or something. I admit I deserve the ban, I'm just asking if it's permanent or not. Please reply. Many thanks.

Hello bobyyyy,

Due to numerous accounts of abusive language, your account has been restricted from posting or chatting.

You will be able to receive but you won't be able to reply to messages, post or chat anywhere on the site. The alternative was to close your account for abuse, instead you have had your chat ability removed.

Thanks for your understanding,

Blackenne
