The human-cause global warming problem will continue getting worse with Category 4 hurricanes every year.
Hurricane Laura is expected to make landfall as a Category 4 storm near the Texas-Louisiana border Wednesday night or Thursday morning. The storm is likely to cause "potentially catastrophic" damage from the combination of high winds and storm surge flooding, NOAA said.
