What I wrote at the Wall Street Journal about the ridiculous magic god fairy fantasy. I probably made some god-soaked Republican morons cry.

"Only religion can provide answers to life’s most vexing and critical questions. Chief among them is whether God exists."

That's easy. The answer is No. The God thing is not real. There's zero evidence for it, and these days we know it was never required for anything. The god of the gaps has run out of hiding places.

Even without the scientific progress, the idea there's a magical creature hiding somewhere in the universe is too childish and too ridiculous to take seriously. And the god thing is impossible. There is no magic in the universe.
