There’s a wonderful “Calvin and Hobbes” strip cartoon... They’re listening to a recording of the 1812 Overture. You see Calvin’s eyes get real wide when he finds out they use real cannons in the concert hall, and he says, “I thought classical music was BORING!” Of course, he’s just thinking of the carnage.
