Boulder shooting suspect will be held without bail, judge rules in first court appearance days after supermarket rampage

Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa, the suspected gunman in this week’s mass shooting in Boulder, Colo., that killed 10 people, made his first court appearance in what authorities anticipate will be a lengthy court process.
