Navalny, 44, was hospitalized in Siberia after drinking tea his allies suspected was deliberately laced with poison. He was airlifted to Berlin two days later.
Navalny is the latest in a succession of Kremlin critics who have fallen mysteriously ill or died from poisoning or suspected poisoning.
