My Charles Schwab website is more than excellent. To get on it I just hit the enter key. Less than one second later I can see everything. There is never any problem. Never once. It always works perfectly.
My Citibank website is very nice but I usually can't get on it. That never happens with Schwab. The problem is incompetence.
The worst experience I had was trying to open an account with National Geographic. The whole thing should take less than one minute. But I get this bullshit instead:
"Your order has been received and is currently being processed. Once completed, we'll send you additional details including your account number and how to access your exclusive subscriber benefits. Please note this can take up to 48 hours to process."
I have to wait two fucking days for these morons? No, it's much worse. After 4 days I'm still waiting. What a bunch of fucking assholes. And they blame "COVID-19." That's bullshit. It should have been done in less than a fucking minute. Let the computer software do the work. No humans required. These fucktards need to learn how to live in the 21st century.
UPDATE:
I wrote this for the retards who work at National Geographic:
Please cancel my order. On April 23, 2020, I placed an order for the National Geographic Magazine. That was 5 days ago. I never did get my account number. I decided I would like to cancel the whole thing. Please make sure my account is canceled and please refund the $2.99 I gave you. I regret doing business with you people. Every other website I signed up for, it took less than a minute, but the service here is ridiculous. Please get my account canceled as soon as possible so I don't have to waste any more of my time.
"Darwin was the first to use data from nature to convince people that evolution is true, and his idea of natural selection was truly novel. It testifies to his genius that the concept of natural theology, accepted by most educated Westerners before 1859, was vanquished within only a few years by a single five-hundred-page book. On the Origin of Species turned the mysteries of life's diversity from mythology into genuine science." -- Jerry Coyne
