  Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto, Manitoba, Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Victoria and more
• Parts of Mexico
  The state of Baja California and areas near the United States border
• Five Caribbean countries/territories
  Cuba, Bermuda, The Bahamas, Haiti and Turks and Caicos Islands
• Saint Pierre and Miquelon
• Thule Air Base, Greenland

Clocks will spring forward from 02:00 am to 03:00 am on Sunday, 8 March, local time, except in Cuba, where the time will change from 00:00 am to 01:00 am local time.
