Are you referring to macro evolution or micro evolution? Christians can accept one without issue but not the other. The idea that humans evolved from animals is directly contradictory to the Bible. The idea that bacteria can evolve to become resistant to antibiotics is micro evolution and action and not a problem with the Bible.
We know that the odds of Biblical prophecies all coming true are impossible without God. The Bible is true, and Jesus Christ is creator!
John 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
Col 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
We ignore this truth at our own peril.
