What a nice thought. Human progress would be unlimited if we could finally fix the human race's greatest mistake, the ridiculous god fairy fantasy.
How long will it take to completely eradicate religion? First we would have to wait until everyone alive today drops dead. And we would have to somehow figure out a way to fight back against the child abuse called religious indoctrination.
I suggest, with vast improvements in science education, along with scientific progress, the disgusting god fantasy will gradually fade away. Come back in two centuries and hopefully the god-soaked will only be found in psychiatric hospitals, which is where they belong now in my opinion.
Every time I write an answer at this place I have to assume it's going to be censored. That's another problem that needs to be solved. Censorship in this world is out of control and something needs to be done about it.
