I'm half Luxembourg and half Irish.
My Luxembourg ancestors lived on a South Dakota farm.
My Irish ancestors lived on a Minnesota farm.
I exist because my parents were at a dance in Minneapolis, Minnesota. They both were farmers before they moved to a Chicago suburb in Illinois.
These days I live in Illinois in a farm town.
Nobody cares.
