Bullshit

I own this book and I have been reading it. God's Word or Human Reason? An Inside Perspective on Creationism. The 5 authors explained the evidence for evolution. The science is excellent. I recommend it. Unfortunately, there is some god bullshit in it.

"Although all five authors once were young-Earth creationists, today they represent a diversity of beliefs: two atheists, two Christians, and one deist."

This means 2 of the authors are normal. The other 3 authors have an insanity problem.

The book was written to convince Idiot America's bible thumpers they should grow up and learn something about the science that makes them cry. As if a bible thumping asshole would buy a book about science.

When I see the word "believe" I know it's bullshit. One of the Christians wrote this bullshit:

"I believe that like most aspects of the world, evolution is controlled by the universe's physical laws, and that therefore it is the most accurate to understand the process itself as mechanical and random. But on the other hand, I also think the universe's physical laws were themselves created by God, so in an indirect sense God can be given credit for all of their results."

In other words, this Christian fucktard thinks that without his fairy's magical powers there would be no gravity and natural selection would not work. That's being childish. And it's obviously wrong. Sticking a god fairy into how the universe works is just plain fucking stupid.

Maybe the Christian knows what he wrote is bullshit but he is dishonestly trying to convince bible thumpers they can accept science and still be superstitious morons.

It's not enough to accept the established truth of evolution. The god stuff has to be thrown out. The god fantasy is the reason for the magical creationism bullshit, not to mention the violence, the stupidity, and the brainwashing. This is the 21st century FFS. There is absolutely no reason to tolerate supernatural bullshit.
