Trump will never agree; if Biden sets these conditions he’s making himself look like he can’t handle a debate with Trump. If he can't handle a debate, then how can he handle ... anything? The New York Times annihilated Bloomberg, the best and most effective leader who has ever run, over his debate performance (hit piece after hit piece), but Biden is given a pass.
