THE WALL STREET JOURNAL
At the Wall Street Journal, the health and well-being of our members and employees is our priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus and are committed to being responsive to your needs as the situation evolves.
We strongly encourage you to use the Customer Center self-service options to manage your WSJ account. In the center, you can:
temporarily suspend delivery
report any issues
change your address
reset your password
It’s easier and, in most cases, faster to manage your account digitally, especially given call wait times are longer than usual.
Furthermore, we are aware that there are concerns about delivery. We are working diligently to maintain safe and normal print delivery, and will keep you informed should any delays or closures occur in your area.
To ensure you always have access in any circumstance, please sign up to receive a digital copy of the paper every morning at wsj.com/digitalpaper. You can also visit WSJ.com to read all articles, including our live coverage of the coronavirus. If you have not yet activated your digital access, you can do so in three simple steps in the Customer Center.
We will continue to monitor this quickly evolving situation and are here to assist you as needed. For additional official information about COVID-19, we recommend visiting the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at cdc.gov.
Thank you for your loyal readership,
Wall Street Journal Customer Service
